What we landed on was simple, hearty, and surprisingly effective.
The Build

The Result
In its first 10 days, this has become our best-selling special. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just solid execution.
And that’s what made this dish work—not the flavor alone, but the way the whole thing runs.
The sauce holds well. The toast is quick to grill. The protein’s already prepped. The cooks like it. The customers love it.
That’s the part AI helped with. Not the “idea”—I already had that.
What ChatGPT gave me was a faster way to troubleshoot, refine, and think ahead.
